Dance Section

The newest section of the Festival and already a great success! There are classes for everyone from 'Babies' (under 6 years) to 'Seniors' (13 to 21 years), and Ballet, Tap, Modern, Character & National and Song & Dance are covered. Solos, duets, trios and groups are welcomed and costumes and simple props can be used. A tape operator will be provided to supply the music, and changing rooms are available.

As space is strictly limited, we can only accept entries from recognised dance schools. All entries are subject to the approval of the organisers, who are not required to give any reasons for refusal. Classes will take place on 25 and 27 April 2008 and the closing date for entries is 20 March 2008. Early application is advised to avoid disappointment.

Dance classes will be held in The Bull Theatre , 68 High Street, Barnet.

Prizes and Certificates

There are gold, silver and bronze medals to be won, and every competitor will receive a written adjudication sheet and a certificate of participation.
