Composition Section

This year's composition classes are designed to stimulate new composers of all ages offering opportunities to exhibit new works in the presence of a wide audience and win fabulous prizes. Each competition will provide a platform where musicians can learn about styles and techniques of composition, discover new directions through listening to other competitors and receive recognition from two professional musicians in the field; Alison Cox (Head of Composition at the Purcell School) and Graham Bennett (author, composer, publisher, and Head of Theory and Composition at the Youth Music Centre)
